DELRAY BEACH, Florida—Park Ten Business Park, the 285,000 square foot industrial and business park located just east of I-95 in Delray Beach, recently announced that its various tenants have brought and/or created more than 200 jobs to Delray Beach in the last year. This activity, in addition to the overwhelming success of Delray Beach’s downtown area and its beautiful neighborhoods, is solidifying Delray Beach’s vision of being THE place to work, live and prosper in Florida.

Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. is the biggest job creator at Park Ten with its employment base going from 90 employees at the start of 2011 to over 250 in January 2012.  Carousel, a very well-regarded concrete restoration company with an excellent reputation, secured several large contracts for buildings located throughout South Florida and needed the large increase in employees in order to keep up with the workload.  “We are so blessed to be so busy – Thank Goodness!” says co-owner Mike Bianchini.

Aluminum Design Products Inc. (ADPI), a recent new addition to Park Ten, has already increased its space from 2400 square feet to 11,520 square feet due to recent contracts.  They now employ 10 people full time.  According to Scott Toler, President of ADPI, “Despite the economy, ADPI has had a banner year and we needed the extra space to accommodate all of our business.  We started the business in March 2011 and it’s just taken off. The team at Park Ten has been a pleasure to work with and they have been extremely accommodating in our move. This location is perfect for our business.”

Other companies coming into or expanding in Park Ten include Habitat for Humanity, Pack on the Go, International Autoparts, Hedlux, Lumitec, and Chef Chef Chef.

“As a significant number of leases have closed recently in Park Ten, we find these to be encouraging signs of economic stability in the market and demonstrates Delray Beach’s continued appeal for both expanding and start-up companies across a variety of industries,” said Nichole Carosella, Park Ten Property Coordinator.  “We’re working hard to accommodate as many qualified companies as possible.”

Park Ten recently announced that 12 companies, occupying over 47,000 square feet of space, have become tenants or increased their space in the complex.

According to Christina Morrison, Commercial Realtor with Carmel Real Estate and Management, Park Ten has created an ideal environment where businesses can thrive.  “At Park Ten, we take care of our Tenants’ spaces and surroundings so they can concentrate on growing their business.  We’ve worked hard to keep our expenses as low as possible – without sacrificing our quality – so our companies’ lease expenses are reasonable and they can spend their money to grow their businesses.  In addition, our tenants have excellent synergy and prosper together.”
