Our Mission
Park Ten is a family-owned and operated commercial industrial business park located in Delray Beach, Florida. Proudly owned and operated by The Seneca Group, LLC, we have been supporting local businesses for more than 40 years. Our 14-acre park features over 285,000 square feet of industrial warehouses and flexible commercial spaces, home to more than 40 thriving companies.
At Park Ten, our mission is to cultivate a vibrant and supportive environment where local businesses can grow and prosper. We take pride in maintaining clean, well-kept grounds and offering attentive, on-site management through our dedicated leasing office and maintenance staff.
